In partnership with Nepal-Inzlingen (NI), Integrated Community Development Campaign (ICDC) Nepal has been running this program in Galchhi Rural Municipality since February 2026. Currently, the program conducted at Bhaltar, Galchhi Rural Municipality, Ward No. 7 of Dhading. The aim of the project is to construct new school building, upgrade the existing structures, install fencing with a secure gate, and implement landslide prevention measures to create a safe, modern, and child-friendly learning environment for 149 students.
The project is being implemented in a marginalized Dalit and Janajati community, targeting 253 families, including 149 children aged 3 to 15. The project includes the construction of a RCC 2 block with 2-room each school building, Electrification, Water proofing in existing 6 roomed RCC building, drinking water analysis and water source maintenance, ECD learning materials support, Education material support to student, Conduct community sessions for parental education, Capacity strengthen and Mobilization of child club and School Compound Fencing, Landslide prevention and Gate Construction Work at Balkumari Basic School.
